Shipping and Returns

After completing the checkout process prices will include VAT and delivery charges within the UK mainland.

Delivery

Boundary Car Care use Citylink to deliver all goods. The cost to you is £10 for next day delivery on order placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before 3pm Friday will be delivered on Monday and orders placed on either Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Every parcel that we send has a tracking number which will be sent to you via e-mail when we ship your order. You can enter the tracking number on the Citylink website to find out where your item is at any time.

If you have not received your goods 5 working days after receiving an e-mail confirming despatch of your goods, please email us, providing your order number, name, address, and brief details of what you ordered.

Loss Or Damage upon Delivery

When your goods are delivered, check the condition of the boxes and please sign for them "UNCHECKED".

You must ensure that you only sign for the correct number of boxes, only sign for the number actually delivered.

Always check the driver's delivery paperwork before signing with your signature. If goods are signed for, but the damage was not apparent at time of delivery, you must notify us in writing before 1pm the next working day after delivery. Should you fail to do so, we will NOT accept any liability for the damage, as the delay invalidates our insurance.

If goods are damaged upon delivery (for example the box is damaged) you should write "DAMAGED" on the drivers paperwork - always sign for any goods as 'unchecked'

Once we have been notified of damage or loss, we will collect or replace the damaged / missing item(s) as soon as possible after notification.

Returns and Exchanges

Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained on this page. Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Distance Selling Directive.

Cancellation/Returning Goods

Should you decide that you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us in writing within 7 working days of the date of receipt of the goods. Your debit/credit card will be refunded within 30 days.

You must return the goods to us without delay, at your cost. Also, due to us offering free delivery on certain items, we will deduct the cost of the initial postage of the item to you, otherwise we would be operating at a loss. You must return the items to us within 5 working days of contacting us about the return or you will be liable to a restocking fee of £10. You must ensure goods are insured in transit.
The goods MUST be in perfect condition, unused, complete with all parts and packing in the original packaging.
We are entitled to deduct from any refund the cost of any missing accessories. When returning a product, please enclose a copy of your invoice together with a covering letter giving a daytime contact number. For your guarantee to apply, all goods must be returned to us in their original cartons, in good condition, complete with all packaging and accessories supplied. Failure to do so will lead to an extra charge being incurred if these subsequently need to be replaced. The ability to cancel an order is not intended to be used to try multiple products. If a customer purchases and returns products regularly, we will not process any further orders from the customer.

Faulty Goods

In the instance of faulty goods, please feel free to e-mail us for technical advice. Once you return the item to us, and it has been verified as having a fault, the product will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. We suggest sending items with a value below £50 by 2nd class recorded delivery, and over £50 by Royal Mail standard parcels. If the item is no longer available, it may be replaced with an equivalent product or you will have the option of a full refund for that item.

If the returned product tests as working normally, or has been modified, altered or tampered with, it will be sent back to you as soon as possible with a test report. You will incur a £10.00 +VAT testing charge, and all postage costs. This will be charged to the credit/debit card used for your original order.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us; irrespective of whether they are faulty. Contact our customer service department and we will email you a Return Number. Indicate the Return Number on the packing slip. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
