How to Order

Ordering from Boundary Car Care could not be simpler. The nature of our business is that a lot of the products that we supply require a trained person to install them. We spend a lot of time making sure all of our staff are trainined in installing all of the products that we upply to offer you a first class service.

As you navigate around the site and view the products, you may see a message pop up when you click the order button associated with it that tells you that this product is a supply and fit only item. Please contact us between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to friday and between 8.30am and 1.00pm on a Saturday to discuss your options with our dedicated team, it may be that they can supply only that product to you and they will arrange to take payment and arrange delivery.

For those produts that you can add to your shopping cart, purchase is very simple. You need to register with the site and be logged in, then you can select the go to checkout link at the top of the site. Dont worry if you are not logged in as it will ask you to at this point. Your information is required as we dont actually process the payment directly from our site as we wanted to make sure your details where as secure as possible.

Once registered and logged in, you will accept that your details are correct before being shown the shopping cart with your details at the top and then the products that you have ordered. Once you click the submit order button, that puts the order into a pending status in our control panel and you will see a page with a button that says "Submit to worldpay for payment", when you select this button you are directed to the wordpay site which is 100% secure, all of the shopping basket information has already been sent to them along with the details that you registered such as name and address so hat you dont need to enter it twice.

Simply select the Card that you wish to use and enter the card details, Woldpay will verify and accept your payment and at that pointyou are sent back to our site, the status is changed in the control panel to ready for shipping and we send the product out to you.
