Do you store my credit card details?
No, due to the security implications we never at any point store your credit card details. This is why we use Worldpay. It’s a lot more secure for the customer doing it this way.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept:
- Online payment by credit or debit card via Worldpay
- Cheques
- Postal order
Do I need an account to buy from your website?
Yes, you must register your details on our site as these details are passed through to Worldpay our payment processor. The details also allow us to track your order and making a second purchase in the future easier for you. You data is very secure and will not be passed onto any 3rd parties other than the payment processor.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Our delivery charge is £10 no matter what the item and delivery is next day for products ordered before 3pm Monday to Thursday, Monday for orders placed on a Friday and Tuesday for orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday.
How are deliveries sent?
All deliveries are made through City link
If I live locally is it possible to make alternative delivery/collection arrangements?
Yes, but please contact us before you make your purchase.
