Speed/visio displays the vehicle's speed directly on the windscreen in the driver's line of sight and sends out an alert when the vehicle exceeds the programmed speed. Everytime you check your speedometer you need to take your eyes off the road, if an obstacle appears in your path during this time, reaction time is reduced which can be very dangerous. The system also helps you stay within the speed limit by alerting you everytime you exceed the programmed speed limit. The vehicle speed is transmitted by the electronic control unit to the screen which is positioned on the dashboard. Drivers can set the speed limit. Five different speed levels can be set. The speed limits can be set when the vehicle is at a standstill or when in motion. The audible alert can be switched off.
