Payment

• Orders can be placed via our website or you can contact us during our opening ours and make payment over the phone.
• Payment can be made using credit cards, debit cards via Worldpay, or by cheques made payable to ‘Boundary Car Care Ltd’. Please note that items will not be posted until cheques have cleared in our bank account.
  
  All prices quoted include VAT

Distance Selling Act

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. You must bear the cost of carriage and return the goods unopened and in good (fit for resale) condition. A refund will be given as soon as goods are received by us - please note that proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

Any information that you give will only be used by Boundary Car Care LTD except where it is necessary to pass this information to third parties for processing your order. Payment online is via Worldpay.com, a very secure site.

Content and Availability

Boundary Car Care Ltd always try to maintain a level of stock which Guarantees that you will receive the product that you ordered in a timely manner. However sometimes there are situations beyond our control where we do not have the item that you order in stock. In this event we will at our discretion provide a product of an equal value or more, email and ask you what you would like us to do setting out your options or as a last resort cancel the order.
